We provide a Discord bot and dashboard that offer various functionalities. These services are available in two tiers:

  • Free Tier – Accessible to all users with core features.

  • Premium Tier – Unlocks additional features, available through verified access (not sold directly).

Use of the Service is at your own risk. We reserve the right to add, remove, or change features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use the bot if:

  • You are under Discord's minimum age requirements.

  • Your account or server is in violation of Discord's rules.

  • You attempt to abuse or exploit the Service.

3. Premium Features

Premium functionality is optional and unlocks additional tools or customization options.

  • We do not process payments directly and do not sell access via Patreon at this time.

  • Premium access may be granted manually or through special means (e.g., support, promotions).

  • Misuse of premium features (e.g., bypassing access checks) may result in suspension or denial of service.

4. Data Collection

We collect minimal data required to operate the bot and dashboard, such as server IDs, user IDs, configuration settings, and usage logs.

5. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, spam, or exploit the Service.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or redistribute the bot.

  • Circumvent restrictions or premium access requirements.

Violating these rules may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your access.

6. Availability and Termination

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable from time to time. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason.

  • Remove features without prior notice.

  • Limit access based on abuse, misuse, or policy violations.

No guarantees are provided regarding uptime or support.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from use or misuse of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
