  • Server configuration settings (e.g., command prefix, enabled features)

  • Command usage data (e.g., usage counts, timestamps)

  • Premium access status (if applicable)

We do NOT collect:

  • Direct messages (DMs)

  • Payment or billing details

  • Email addresses or real names

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide bot functionality on your Discord server

  • Store your configuration settings and preferences

  • Track usage for performance or anti-abuse purposes

  • Verify premium feature access

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Premium Features

While we offer premium features, we do not handle payments or store any payment-related data ourselves.

Currently, our Patreon account is not used for processing sales or managing premium subscriptions. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed for service functionality. If you remove the bot from your server, your data will be automatically deleted within 30 days.

You may also request data deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your stored data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Withdraw your server’s access by removing the bot at any time

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to secure your data, including limiting access and applying safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee complete protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the bot or dashboard after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
